第1条　適用範囲
Article 1: Scope of Application

1.    本規約は、D旅館 茗荷谷（以下「当館」といいます）に宿泊するすべてのお客様に適用されます。  

These terms and conditions apply to all guests staying at D Ryokan Myogadani (hereinafter referred to as “the Ryokan”). 

2.    お客様は、本規約に同意の上で宿泊するものとします。

Guests are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions upon making a reservation and staying at the Ryokan.

第2条　予約および料金
Article 2: Reservations and Fees

1. 予約は、当館指定の方法（オンライン予約または提携サイト） により行い、宿泊者本人による予約のみ有効 とします。

Reservations must be made through the designated methods (online reservations or affiliated booking sites) and are only valid when made by the guest themselves.

2. 料金は事前決済制です。 現地での現金支払いは受け付けておりません。

Payment must be made in advance. Cash payments on-site are not accepted.

​

3. 予約時に、日本国内で連絡可能な携帯電話番号および日本国内の住所の登録が必須です。

A valid Japanese mobile phone number and domestic address must be provided at the time of booking.

​

4. 連泊時の清掃および管理費について：

7泊以上の滞在の場合、7日ごとに施設管理費・清掃代として1,000円の追加料金が発生 します。

• 清掃内容：掃除機掛け・シーツ交換・ゴミ回収・アメニティ補充

• 料金：1回 1,000円 / 1人

• 支払い方法：現金またはクレジットカード

• 清掃時間：午前 10:00 ～ 午後 3:00

• 7日未満の滞在でも清掃を希望する場合は、事前にご連絡ください。

Additional Cleaning Fee for Long-Term Stays

For stays of seven (7) nights or longer, a facility management and cleaning fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged every seven days.

• Cleaning Services: Vacuuming, sheet replacement, trash collection, and restocking of amenities.

• Cleaning Fee: 1,000 yen per cleaning per person

• Payment Methods: Through Airbnb or cash or credit card

• Cleaning Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(If you wish to request cleaning for stays shorter than 7 days, please contact us in advance.)

チェックイン時の本人確認について (Identification Requirement at Check-in)

5. チェックイン時に、予約者本人の日本の運転免許証または在留カードの提示が必須です。

• （パスポートのみでは受付不可）

At check-in, the reservation holder must present a valid Japanese driver’s license or residence card. (A passport alone is not sufficient for check-in.)

6. 外国籍の方はパスポートの提示が必要です。

• 提出されない場合は宿泊不可。

• ルールを守れない場合は即時退去となりますが、宿泊代金の返金は一切いたしません。

Foreign guests must present a passport upon check-in.

• Guests who fail to present their passport will not be allowed to stay.

• If a guest violates house rules, they will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be provided.

予約者情報の厳守について (Adherence to Guest Information)

7. 予約者と宿泊者が異なる場合、宿泊をお断りすることがあります。

If the reservation holder is different from the actual guest, the reservation may be declined.

​

8. 予約された人数での利用を厳守してください。

Guests must adhere to the number of people specified in the reservation.

• 予約者以外の宿泊、宿泊者数の偽装、または許可のない人数超過が判明した場合、超過人数1人につき違約金を請求いたします。

Unauthorized guests, misrepresentation of the number of guests, or exceeding the reserved number of guests may result in a penalty fee per additional person.

• 無断宿泊や虚偽の申告が発覚した場合、警察に通報いたします。

If unauthorized stays or false declarations are discovered, the police will be notified.

9.    キャンセルポリシー（Cancellation Policy） 

国内OTAサイト（Domestic OTA Booking Sites）         

•    1日前：50%（宿泊料金の50%を請求）         

•    当日：100%（宿泊料金の100%を請求）         

•    無断キャンセル：100%（宿泊料金の100%を請求）

• 1 Day Before：50% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.

• Same Day：100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.

• No-Show：100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged for no-shows.

​

第3条　チェックインおよびチェックアウト
Article 3: Check-in & Check-out

1. チェックイン時間：15:00以降 ／ チェックアウト時間：10:00まで

Check-in time: From 15:00 / Check-out time: By 10:00

2. チェックイン方法（Check-in Procedure）

• 事前に通知された部屋番号に直接入室し、部屋内の鍵を使用してください。

Go directly to the assigned room as notified in advance and use the key placed inside the room.

​

3. チェックアウト手続き（Check-out Procedure）

• 部屋の鍵を机の上の小皿に置き、ドアのロックをかけずに退出 してください。

Leave the room key on the small dish on the desk and exit without locking the door.

​

4. レイトチェックアウトについて（Late Check-out）

• チェックアウト時間（10:00）を過ぎた場合、延長料金を頂戴いたします。

If you check out after 10:00 AM, an extension fee will be charged.

​

• レイトチェックアウト料金:

• 1時間ごとに1,000円

• 正午12:00以降の滞在：1泊分の宿泊料金

• （宿泊代金は日ごとに異なりますので、詳細はフロントまでお問い合わせください。）

Late Check-out Fee:

• 1,000 yen per hour

• After 12:00 PM: Full night’s accommodation fee

• (Accommodation rates vary by day; please contact the front desk for details.)

5. 清掃業務への影響に関する追加料金 (Additional Fees for Delayed Check-out Affecting Cleaning Services)

• チェックアウトが遅れたことにより清掃業務に支障が出た場合、追加料金を請求することがあります。

If late check-out disrupts cleaning operations, additional charges may apply.

第4条 衛生管理および健康状態の確認
Article 4: Hygiene Management & Health Condition Requirements

1. 以下のいずれかに該当する場合、宿泊をお断りすることがあります。

• 37.5℃以上の発熱、咳、体調不良の症状がある場合

• 皮膚の異常（発疹、かゆみ、大量の虫刺され跡など）が見られる場合

• 荷物や衣類が強い異臭を発している場合

• チェックイン時の衛生管理ガイドライン（手指消毒・荷物確認）に従わない場合

Guests may be denied accommodation if they meet any of the following conditions:

• A fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, or other symptoms of illness

• Visible skin conditions such as rashes, severe itching, or multiple insect bites

• Luggage or clothing emitting a strong odor

• Failure to comply with hygiene management guidelines at check-in (e.g., hand sanitization, baggage check)

2. 上記の条件に該当する場合、宿泊当日であっても宿泊を拒否または強制退去となることがあります。

If any of the above conditions are met, guests may be refused accommodation or required to leave, even on the day of check-in.

第5条 宿泊に関する注意事項
Article 5: Accommodation Guidelines

1. 当館は全館禁煙です。

• 室内・共用部での喫煙が確認された場合、清掃費50,000円を請求いたします。

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.

• If smoking is detected inside rooms or common areas, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.

​

2. 当館は静かな滞在を希望される方向けの施設です。

• 団体利用、大声での会話・騒音は固く禁止します。

This facility is designed for guests who seek a quiet stay.

• Group use, loud conversations, and noise are strictly prohibited.

​

3. 22:00～翌7:00の間はお静かにお過ごしください。以下の行為は禁止です。

• オンライン会議・通話

• 動画視聴・テレビの大音量視聴

Please keep quiet between 22:00 and 7:00. The following activities are prohibited:

• Online meetings or phone calls

• Watching videos or TV at high volume

4. 室内では土足厳禁です。

• 備え付けのスリッパをご使用ください。

Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

• Please use the provided slippers.

​

5. 対応言語について

• 日本語または英語での対応のみとなります。

• その他の言語でのお問い合わせには対応できません。

Support is available only in Japanese or English.

• We cannot respond to inquiries in other languages.

​

6. 宿泊者以外の入館は禁止します。

• 宿泊人数のオーバー、予約者以外の滞在が判明した場合、違約金を請求することがあります。

Only registered guests are allowed inside the facility.

• If unauthorized guests stay overnight or if the number of guests exceeds the reservation, a penalty fee will be charged.

第6条　施設利用
Article 6: Facility Use

6a. ゴミの処理・清掃について（Garbage Disposal & Cleanliness）

1. ゴミの分別を徹底してください。

• 可燃ごみ・ペットボトル・缶・瓶に分別し、お部屋のゴミ箱またはキッチンのゴミ置き場へ廃棄してください。

• スーツケース等の粗大ゴミや普通ごみとして処理できない残置物は、処分費用を請求いたします。

Please separate and dispose of garbage properly.

• Sort waste into burnable trash, PET bottles, cans, and glass bottles, and dispose of them in the room’s trash bin or the designated kitchen waste area.

• Bulky waste such as suitcases and items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash may incur disposal fees.

2. ダイニングテーブルとキッチンは使用後に清潔に保ってください。

• 食器や調理器具は使用後に必ず洗浄してください。

• 調理中は必ずレンジフード（換気扇）を使用してください。

Keep the dining table and kitchen clean after use.

• Wash dishes and cooking utensils immediately after use.

• Use the range hood (ventilation fan) while cooking.

3. たくさんトイレットペーパーや生ゴミをトイレに流さないでください。

• トイレを詰まらせた場合、修理費として30,000円を請求いたします。

Do not flush excessive toilet paper or food waste down the toilet.

• If the toilet becomes clogged, a repair fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.

6b. 施設の使用ルール（Facility Usage Rules）

4. 館内の洗濯機は利用できません。無断使用の場合は一回につき3000円を請求します。

• 近隣のコインランドリーをご利用ください。

Laundry machines are not available inside the facility. Any unauthorized use will be charged 3,000 yen per occurrence.

5. Wi-Fiは無料でご利用いただけますが、以下の点にご注意ください。

• 接続環境や回線の混雑状況、閲覧先のサイト状況により、通信速度が低下する場合があります。

Wi-Fi is available free of charge, but please note the following:

• Internet speed may be affected by network congestion or the accessibility of the websites you are visiting.

6. 民放テレビは利用できません。

• Google TVをご利用ください。 (YouTube, Amazon Prime Video).

Terrestrial television channels are not available. Please use Google TV (e.g. YouTube, Amazon Prime Video).

6c. シャワールーム・トイレの使用ルール（Bathroom & Toilet Rules）

7. シャワー室は24時間利用可能ですが、22:00～7:00の間はお静かにお願いいたします。

The shower rooms are available 24 hours a day, but please be quiet between 22:00 and 7:00.

​

8. シャワールームでの染髪は禁止です。

• 発覚した場合は50,000円の罰金を請求いたします。

Hair dyeing in the shower room is strictly prohibited.

• If found, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged.

​

9. 当館のトイレは男女共用です。

• 衛生維持のため、男性の方も座ってご利用ください。

The toilets in this facility are gender-neutral.

• For hygiene reasons, gentelmen please also sit while using the toilet.

​

6d. 玄関・お部屋の施錠について（Door & Room Locking Rules）

10. 外出時は必ずお部屋のドアを施錠してください。ただし、玄関のドアは施錠しないでください。

Always lock your room door when going out. However, do not lock the entrance door.

​

11. 虫の侵入を防ぐため、玄関のドアは常に閉めてください。ただし、施錠はしないでください。

• To prevent insects from entering, always keep the entrance door closed. However, do not lock the entrance door.

​

12. 玄関のドアを誤って施錠し、他の宿泊者が入れなくなった場合、スタッフの出動が必要となります。

• この場合、誤ってドアを施錠した方に対し、50,000円の罰金を申し受けます。

• 当館にはスタッフが常駐していないことをご理解ください。

 If the entrance door is accidentally locked and other guests cannot enter, staff intervention will be required.

• In this case, a penalty fee of 50,000 yen will be charged to the person who accidentally locked the door.

• Please understand that staff are not stationed at the facility at all times.

13. お部屋の窓を開ける際は、必ず網戸を閉めてください。

• When opening your room window, always ensure that the screen is closed.

6e. 館内での禁止事項（Prohibited Actions）

14. ポットはお湯を沸かす専用です。

• 調理目的での使用は禁止します。

• 汚れが確認された場合、罰金を請求することがあります。

Do not use the kettle for cooking purposes.

• If stains or damages are found, a penalty fee may be charged.

15. 館内および施設敷地内は禁煙です。

• 電子タバコも禁止です。

• 喫煙が発覚した際には、クリーニング代として50,000円を請求いたします。

Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

• Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.

• If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.

16. 施設内のインテリアや備品（トイレットペーパー等）を持ち帰らないでください。

Do not take interior items or amenities (such as toilet paper) from the facility.

17. 当施設の許可なく、施設内の家具・家電・備品を移動したり、造作・改造をしないでください。

Do not rearrange, modify, or alter furniture, appliances, or equipment without permission.

​

18. 「DO NOT TOUCH」および「STAFF ONLY」の標識があるものには触れないでください。

Do not touch any items labeled “DO NOT TOUCH” or “STAFF ONLY.”

​

6f. その他のルール（Other Rules）

19. 滞在中に訪問者（集金・営業等）が来た場合は対応しないでください。

• 貴重品は常に持ち歩くようお願いいたします。

Do not respond to visitors such as salespeople or collectors during your stay.

• Keep valuables with you at all times.

20. タオルは他のゲストと共有のため、過度なご使用はご遠慮ください。

• お一人様1日につきフェイスタオル1枚・バスタオル1枚をご提供いたします。

Towels are shared among guests, so please use them in moderation.

• Each guest is provided with one face towel and one bath towel per day.

21. 館内を歩く際や階段を上る際は、お静かにお願いいたします。

Please be quiet when walking around the facility or using the stairs.

22. シャワールーム、トイレとキッチンを使用した後は、電気を消してください。

Please turn off the lights after using the shower room, toilets and kitchen.

​

23. 30分以上外出する場合は、必ず部屋のエアコン､照明などの電源を切ってください。電源を切らない場合、スタッフが入室して切る場合があります。

If you leave the room for more than 30 minutes, be sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights.

• If the power is not turned off, staff may enter the room to turn it off.

第7条　貴重品およびお荷物
Article 7: Valuables & Luggage

1. 貴重品の管理について（Handling of Valuables）

• 共用部や室内に貴重品を放置しないでください。

• 紛失・盗難が発生した場合、当館は一切の責任を負いません。

• Do not leave valuables unattended in shared areas or inside your room.

• The facility assumes no responsibility for loss or theft.

​

2. 手荷物預かりサービスについて（Luggage Storage Service）

• チェックイン・チェックアウト当日は無料でご利用いただけます。（受付時間：10:00～22:00）

• それ以外の利用は、1日500円/個の料金が発生します。

• 貴重品はお預かりできません。

• 紛失・盗難が発生した場合、当館は一切の責任を負いません。

Luggage storage service is available under the following conditions:

• Free of charge on the check-in and check-out dates (Service hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM).

• For storage outside these times, a fee of 500 yen per item per day applies.

• Valuables cannot be stored.

• The facility assumes no responsibility for loss or theft.

第8条　備品の破損・紛失
Article 8: Damage & Loss of Equipment

1. 施設内の家具・家電・寝具の使用について（Use of Facility Furniture, Appliances, and Bedding）

• 施設内の家具・家電・寝具は丁寧にご使用ください。

• 万が一破損・汚損した場合は、速やかに当館へご連絡ください。

• Please handle furniture, appliances, and bedding inside the facility with care.

• In the event of damage or staining, please notify us immediately.

​

2. 貸出品の紛失・破損について（Loss or Damage of Rental Items）

• お客様が鍵や備品を紛失・破損した場合、以下の弁償費用を請求いたします。

• 部屋の鍵：3,000円

• 貸出傘：700円

• 浴衣：10,000円、帯：3,000円

• バスタオル：3,000円

• フェイスタオル：1,000円

• ドライヤー：5,000円

• シーツ・毛布・布団：1枚 7,000円～

• 上記以外の貸出品についても、紛失または破損があった場合は、同等商品の新品料金を弁償していただきます。

If a guest loses or damages any of the following items, the following compensation fees will be charged:

• Room key: 3,000 yen

• Rental umbrella: 700 yen

• Yukata (Japanese robe): 10,000 yen

• Bath towel: 3,000 yen

• Face towel: 1,000 yen

• Hairdryer: 5,000 yen

• Sheets, blankets, futon: 7,000 yen per item or more

• For any other rental items, guests must compensate the full price of a new replacement if lost or damaged.

第9条 宿泊拒否および強制退去
Article 9: Refusal of Accommodation & Forced Eviction

当館では、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、宿泊をお断りする または 強制退去を求める ことがあります。

The facility reserves the right to refuse accommodation or request immediate departure under the following circumstances:

1. 法令・公序良俗に反する行為（Violation of Laws & Public Order）

• 宿泊客が以下の行為を行った、またはその恐れがあると認められる場合。

• 法令、公の秩序、または善良の風俗に反する行為

• 他の宿泊者や近隣住民に迷惑をかける行為

If a guest engages in or is suspected of engaging in the following:

• Acts that violate laws, public order, or moral standards

• Actions that cause a nuisance to other guests or nearby residents

2. 反社会的勢力の関係者（Affiliation with Organized Crime Groups）

• 宿泊客が以下のいずれかに該当する場合。

• 暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員、またはその他の反社会的勢力の関係者

• 暴力団が事業活動を支配する法人・団体の関係者

• 法人の役員のうち、暴力団員が含まれる場合

If a guest is found to be affiliated with any of the following:

• Organized crime groups, their members, or associates

• Organizations controlled by such groups

• Corporations whose executives include members of organized crime groups

3. 他の宿泊客に著しい迷惑を及ぼす言動をした場合。

• If a guest exhibits significantly disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests.

​

4. 感染症のリスクがある場合。（Risk of Infectious Diseases）

• 特定感染症の患者である場合。

• If a guest is diagnosed with a designated infectious disease.

5. 暴力的な要求や業務妨害（Unreasonable or Violent Demands）

• 暴力的な要求行為や、合理的な範囲を超える負担を求めた場合。

• （障害者差別解消法に基づく合理的配慮を求める行為は除く）

• 過度な要求を繰り返し、当館の業務を妨害した場合。（旅館業法施行規則第5条の6に基づく）

• If a guest makes violent demands or unreasonable requests beyond acceptable limits.

• (This does not apply to requests for reasonable accommodation under the Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities.)

6. SNS等での誹謗中傷や運営妨害（Defamation or Disruptive Online Behavior）

• SNS等を利用し、当館やスタッフに対する誹謗中傷、威嚇、または炎上を目的とした投稿を行い、当館の運営を妨害した場合。

• 過去に同様の行為を行ったと認められる場合も含む。

• If a guest defames, threatens, or incites negative publicity against the facility or staff via SNS or other media.

• (This includes individuals who have engaged in such behavior in the past.)

7. その他、宿泊継続が困難な場合（Other Reasons for Refusal of Accommodation）

• 天災やその他の不可抗力により宿泊が不可能となった場合。

• ペットを室内へ持ち込んだ場合。

• 予約された人数を超えて利用した場合。

• 宿泊者として登録されていない方が入室または宿泊した場合。

• 都道府県条例に特に規定される事項に該当する場合。

If any of the following occur:

• A natural disaster or force majeure event prevents accommodation.

• A guest brings a pet into the room.

• The number of guests exceeds the reservation limit.

• An unregistered person enters or stays in the facility.

• The guest violates regulations under local ordinances.

8. 火災予防上の禁止事項に違反した場合。（Fire Safety Violations）

• 寝室での寝たばこ

• 消防用設備へのいたずら

• その他、当館が定める火災予防上のルールに従わなかった場合

If a guest violates fire safety regulations, including:

• Smoking in bed

• Tampering with fire safety equipment

• Failure to comply with fire prevention rules established by the facility

9. 宿泊者が当館のルールに従わず、運営に支障をきたすと判断された場合。

• If a guest does not follow facility rules and is deemed to disrupt operations.

10. 施設内の装飾・信仰の自由に関する方針（Facility Decorations & Religious Freedom）

• 当館には、日本国旗、天皇・皇室・国家機関の菊紋章、旭日旗などが110年以上にわたり飾られています。

• また、日本全国の寺社仏閣の神符やお守りが置かれています。

• これらを不快に感じる方、または信仰の自由を侵害する思想の方のご利用はお断りいたします。

• 当館に関する誹謗中傷をレビュー等で行った場合、名誉毀損として日本国憲法に基づき法的措置を講じることがあります。

• The facility has displayed Japanese flags, imperial symbols, and the Rising Sun Flag for over 110 years.

• Religious items from shrines and temples across Japan are also placed within the premises.

• Guests who find these offensive or hold beliefs that infringe on religious freedom are not permitted to stay.

• If defamatory reviews or statements are made about the facility, legal action may be taken under the Japanese Constitution.

第10条 忘れ物について
Article 10: Lost & Found Policy

1. 忘れ物に関する対応について

• 原則として、当館からお客様へご連絡はいたしません。

• お客様からのご連絡がない場合、遺失物法に基づき、3ヶ月経過後に処分いたします。

• 飲食物・雑誌・新聞などの消耗品については、衛生上の理由により即日処分いたします。

As a general rule, the facility will not contact guests regarding lost items.

• If we do not receive any inquiries, items will be disposed of after three (3) months in accordance with the Lost Property Act.

• However, perishable items such as food, magazines, and newspapers will be disposed of immediately for hygiene reasons.

第12条 サービスについて
Article 12: Guest Services

1. チケットの購入について (Ticket Purchases)

当館では、交通機関・イベント・観光施設などのチケット購入代行は行っておりません。 チケットのご購入は、ご自身で公認の販売店、オンラインサイト、または指定のチケットカウンターにて行ってください。

Our accommodation does not provide ticket booking services (e.g., transportation, events, or attractions). Guests are responsible for purchasing their own tickets through authorized vendors, online platforms, or designated ticket counters.

2. 両替サービスについて (Currency Exchange)

当館では外貨両替サービスを提供しておりません。 両替が必要な場合は、銀行、両替所、または近隣のコンビニ（セブンイレブン・ローソンなど）にある国際対応ATMをご利用ください。

We do not offer currency exchange services. Guests should exchange currency at banks, exchange offices, or international ATMs located in nearby convenience stores (e.g., 7-Eleven, Lawson).

3. コンシェルジュサービスについて (Concierge Services)

当館はセルフサービスのゲストハウスであり、フルサービスのホテルではありません。 そのため、以下のようなコンシェルジュサービスは提供しておりません：

• 交通機関・イベントチケットの手配

• レストランの予約代行

• ガイドツアーや旅行手配

Our facility is a self-service guesthouse, not a full-service hotel. Therefore, we do not provide concierge services such as:

• Booking transportation or event tickets

• Making restaurant reservations

• Arranging guided tours or other travel services

4. ゲストの自己責任について (Guest Responsibility)

宿泊者ご自身で交通手段・旅行計画・支払い手続きを行ってください。 当館スタッフは旅行情報をご案内することはできますが、購入代行や金銭のやり取りは一切対応しておりません。

Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation, travel plans, and financial transactions. Our staff may provide general travel information but will not make purchases or handle financial transactions on behalf of guests.

5. 英語での観光案内について (English-Speaking Travel Assistance)

英語での旅行サポートが必要な場合、以下の観光案内所をご利用ください：

• 東京観光情報センター（東京駅）

• 日本政府観光局（JNTO）ツーリストインフォメーションセンター

For additional travel support, guests may visit the following English-speaking tourist information centers:

• Tokyo Tourist Information Center (Tokyo Station)

• Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Tourist Information Center

第12条　その他
Article 12: Other Provisions

1. 外国籍のお客様について（For Foreign Guests）

• チェックイン時にパスポートの提示が必須です。

• さらに、日本国内での居住証明（在留カード、住民票、光熱費の請求書など）の提出を求める場合があります。

• Foreign guests are required to present their passport upon check-in.

• Additionally, proof of residence in Japan (such as a residence card, resident record, or utility bill) may be required.

2. 当館の方針について（Facility Policy）
